A lot of you do not understand about what a mental disorder does to a person. It makes you do things totally out of your character. Who knows what she was thinking, but obviously it wasn't good. Bobo looks like he was well taken care of and I'm sure he has been loved. These pyschotic episodes come with no warning.
I am so sorry you cant get the care you want. I agree she probably didnt know what she was doing. I am sure there was some family member who knew how ill she was and should have interviened. There are different levels of severity with mental illness and abviously hers was severe
