3: Turn LEFT onto US-45 N/ US-64 W/ TN-5 N. Continue to follow US-45 N/ TN-5 N.
4: Turn RIGHT onto S CHURCH ST.
5: US-70 E/ TN-1 E/ SYCAMORE ST. Continue to follow US-70 E/ TN-1 E
6: Merge onto I-40 E toward NASHVILLE.
7: Merge onto I-65 N via EXIT 208B on the LEFT toward LOUISVILLE.
8: Merge onto I-24 W/ I-65 N via EXIT 86A on the LEFT toward CLARKSVILLE/ LOUISVILLE.
9: Keep RIGHT to take I-65 N via EXIT 88A toward LOUISVILLE (Passing through KENTUCKY, then crossing into INDIANA).
10: Merge onto I-465 E/ US-31 N/ IN-37 N via EXIT 106.
