I couldn't do this method. I was just way too addicted LOL Cold turkey was really the only option for me but everyone is different. Maybe this way would work for you.  |
I drink wayyy more than 6 cans a day. Truthfully, I've never counted because I don't want to know...and I've been doing this for YEARS!! If I just cut down a little at a time, I would be too old to lift a can to my mouth before I could totally quit, LOL!! I guess it's cold turkey for me

Could you tell me more about how much BETTER you feel?
