Without a doubt I would persue legal charges and hope that the jury/judge will find the slimebag who took your baby guilty and give them the max sentence. If you break the law you should pay the consequences. And if citizens like yourself aren't willing to "do their duty" and press charges, then criminals get the green light to continue stealing.
