Default Working on a Lit paper... have you read this?

I am drudging through a literary analysis of Cormac McCarthy's The Road. It came out about 2 years ago and won the pulitzer prize. He also wrote No Country for Old Men, and they are in production stages of the movie The Road, supposedly it will be released in November. Vigo Mortensen is the star. Has anyone read it? I really enjoyed it. It is very different than anything I've read (I'm a harlequin romance addict). It really makes you think about some interesting things, very basic human feelings. Surprisingly I'm not sick of the book yet, even after weeks of disecting it for class (like I was with huck finn, YUCK!)

Just curious... and I'm procrastinating...
