I think in order to do this you have to use the polygonal(sp?) lasso tool and carefully draw around the object you're wanting to move (without the background included) then use the mover and move it. If that doesn't work then draw around the object again then cut object out then paste it to wherever. Hope this helps! It's very hard though and takes a good sturdy hand.
