Lisa, that's caffeine withdrawal!!! Every time I tried to give up Diet Coke, I would get SEVERE headaches and I also got very dizzy. It took about 5 or 6 days for that to pass. I drink a lot of water now and if I once in a while "fall off the wagon" and drink Diet Coke, it tastes funny to me but I'm sure if I started drinking it again on a regular basis, I'd be addicted. Once a DC addict, always a DC addict.
