There aren't many Ikea's in the UK but I'm very lucky to have one 25minutes away. The furniture is from there, the vase and the candle dish was from there too. Everything else is from various places...
The dog beds are from Ikea but they didn't have any nice pads to go inside them so I have 3 pillows in each of them with a blanket over the top to make them look like one big padded bed. The girls really love to be able to snuggle down into them.
