Puppia didn't change ownership. The American distributor changed and the old distributor now sells copies of Puppia products under the brand iPuppyOne. The original Puppia is still available. I just saw their new stuff a couple weeks ago at the trade show and it's so cute. I love the vest harnesses. I was hoping they would come out with a purple one! I don't carry them on my site but I am considering it. I know Golly Gear has the classic style and one style of vest harness.
