I have the worst migraine from thinking about this. People like that should not be allowed to have animals! WTF is wrong with anyone who would sell/give any animal to that women. I keep calling and the update on bobo is from Sunday, not updated yet. I called the center where he will go afterwards to donate money/food/toys for his care and have not heard back.
