Really? It always said on the tag "do not immerse into water." Did you let it air dry or put it in the dryer?
I may have to try washing it once to see how it does. I know it doesn't handle heat too well. I was drying my hair one day and the hair dryer was aimed towards the pillow and I noticed the beads kinda clumped together.
