I don't know if this would be helpful to you or anyone else but there's an AWESOME doggie beach in Longbranch!! It's bayside, and it's a great beach, and I think parking is $10 and you can either go to the beach side or over to the bay. It's absolutely so fun, people were there just chilling with their dogs

I know it's not the Jersey shore but I just thought I'd mention it because I loved it so much when I was there!
