Thanks for letting us know about that Nov 2nd date. We have a lot of targets in the Chicago area, and I called 3 of them and they all do not have the bargain dog stuff yet. I've asked them if they know when they are going to have them in stock, and NO ONE knew an answer!
I gave up calling more stores after the 3rd one.
