I was watching the one grooming a full coat and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I couldn't even finish watching it!!! I don't know about the rest of you but there's no way I could jerk my baby's head like this lady was doing. I'd
cut the snarl out before I'd do this! This is why I don't go to a groomer!
