I wouldn't worry about water based as much as ingredients. Everything at the grocery store (including Science Diet and Pedigree and all of the others) is poor quality food.
There's nothing wrong with feeding wet food as long as you feed HIGH quality food (with the right ingredients, no added sugar, etc.) and brush their teeth. And you should brush their teeth anyway so it's really not a big deal. |
