Aspartame, and Saccharin, are two artificial sweeteners, and there are many others as well. Artificial flavors are different, this would be something like vanilla or maple flavoring, these can be real or artificial, which is sometimes called imitation. The flavorings are different then the sugars though, and you never want to give artificial sweeteners to dogs. The sugar gum base is real sugar, and the glucose syrup is real sugar.
