 5 Leaf
I had also purchased the 5 Leaf, but my Pepper was too far gone for anything to work. We used it only for about 2 days. I did not use Azodyl, but I bought my Epakitin directly from Entirelypets.com. It was more reasonable than what my vet was selling it for.
I also did the fluids and Sub-Q's at home. My feeling is that anything is worth a shot, if they are having quality of life and can can handle it (not too old or frail). I don't know where you are in New Jersey but the Oradell Animal Hospital and The Animal Emergency & Referreal Service in Fairfield, both have great Internal Medicine Specialist that would be able to help you with kidney issues.
