Yes mink oil is very good for the coat, you can order it too, but the yorkie must be washed weekly if yo use mink oil it will help with the flaking of the skin your baby is just too dry thats why this is happening we are all here to help learn from each other and give advice from having been there, a good dog foord will help as well, I use bil-jac you girl is still a puppy so she needs a puppy food untill she is at least one yr old. blessings
