Well, as far as I'm concerned, it's not about being male or female, just the temperment of the dog. I've had males for over 20 years. Some were just as loving/cuddly as can be, an others, more to themselves and attention on their terms. Last year, we rescued a female. She is fabulous. The best dog ever. Loves to be in your lap or lying besides you. Max, whose one, is a little lover as well. Just loves being held, with his head on your shoulder or lap. Ceasar, definitely wants attention on his terms only. I'm sure you'll get lots of opinions on this topic. Good luck |
