I don't know if they have Dollar Tree where you are, but the have the cutest sweat for pets. They come in two colors: red & white or beige & white. I bought the red & white to use as a Christmas sweater. They run a little small, I recommend the medium for a 3.5 pound dog although the small fits... the medium fits better.
