If you feel she is *not* in trouble, give her some Nutrical, honey, Karo or whatever to make sure her sugar is up. Then, get some food-carbs in her - try a couple crackers, some cereal, a little yogurt - whatever she likes. Even give her some peanut butter, bits of cheese, some dog treats - just whatever it is that she gets excited about.
She could be feeling icky from these vaccines, no doubt about it. But, if she doesn't appear to be having a reaction - you probably have to ride it out.
She hasn't vomited or anything? And she is good on her feet and everything? |
Hi. Thanks for the reply. She vomited at 4 p.m. today and it's 8:20 now. Other than that, she ate a small piece of chicken but when she saw me come near her she walked away from me. The main thing that she's doing is walking and hiding from me. I picked her up and she was shaking. She was sleeping, but right now I tried some peanut butter and that seemed to have woken up her appetite.

She ate some peanut butter and then I put a little peanut butter on her chicken and she ate that too. It was a pretty nice sized piece of chicken breast. I'm going to boil some more right now so I can give it to her a little later. But now that she ate, I'm a little more relieved. Thanks for the advice.
