my 9 yr old yorkie had the same symptoms. When I called the vet (Monday) snd explained to the receptionist the symptoms she made an appt. for Thurs.
They thought it was pancreatitis and it turned out he had liver disease. My poor baby hung in there for 3 mos. of constant care and many many vet visits. Needless to say, after that experience I changed vets and found this forum. I wish I had it when I was going through all of that.
