I agree. Fish is WONDERFUL for dogs, very healthy - but I'd be cautious about canned tuna. Perhaps rinse it and/or look for low-sodium at the very least.

You can also give frozen white fish (cod, sole, tilapia, trout, whiting, pollock etc) and salmon. If giving white fish, keep in mind it is much leaner than meat - if giving salmon, keep in mind it is leaner than meat, but fattier than whitefish.
