I'm form p.e.i canada and wow does it ever get cold here in the winter.MY baby max hates the cold he even sometimes pees in the house in the winter when its freezing out, This year i got him 2 coats obne from walmart its very warm its made by the national kennel socity , and the other is from old navy its warm and fluffy on the inside and like a normal coat on the out side so it wont soak threw . Also it has a hood .
