I just had my Pebbles spayed last Friday. She is 7mo. old. She did great!! Coco missed her so much, as they are buddies. I picked her up that same day and just held her. She was so sleepy so I just put a pet bed in my daughters room with some water nearby and checked on her every 15min to half hour. She stayed in the same position for a while. Then she started slowly getting perkier and perkier. I let Coco visit her but I held him because he was so excited I didn't want him to hurt her. I just put baby gates around for a few days so she wouldn't go down stairs. She was great. I also bought a collar for her so she couldn't lick her stitches but did'nt need it because she wasn't at all bothered by them. Now her scar is hardly noticable and I can't wait to give her a nice bath. Good luck with your baby!!!
