Have you checked with a vet? I would never use anything that a vet hadn't recommended. You'll have better luck with eardrops if you place the container in a cup of hot water for about 10 minutes. The closer the drops are to body temperature the less noticeable they are when the go in the canal. Remember that drops are room temperature, and that could be 30 degrees lower than body temp, and feel very uncomfortable when it goes in.
