Tums with calcium added is used by some breeders to up the calcium after whelping. I'd use that now and check with your vet about Pet-Cal -- it is mostly calcium, but also has vit. D in it. Crush the tums and mix with cottage cheese or whelping pudding.

The puppies should be nursing all the time, or almost all the time -- as much as possible. Is she with them all the time now?

Sounds like you need some sleep. Hope you get a nice nap and someone else can take over for awhile.
