I agree about the pet shop thing. Whenever I go to the pet shop to get dog food, the birds always look soooo mean. They are pecking at the glass when I walk by too. I wouldnt have any idea how to find a bird breeder though.

When I was 8, I had 2 finches for pets. They were great. They make the sweetest little noises too. I also had a parakeet named Scooby growing up too. He was friendly and I was able to handle him. I thought these kinds of birds were easy to take care of.
