That's a tough call. They both look adorable. How old is Wrigley?
If it were me, I'd lean toward the younger pup if she's closer to Wrigley's age. But I'd also base it on the health of the dog. They are both "adults." If you can get an indication of their vet history, it might tip the scale.
Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong either way. Follow your heart.
