Default Trembling Mom to be!

My Sasha is expecting a litter, we bred her around the beginning of last month; and I noticed that she slightly tremors when she is laying down. This is Sasha's third litter, and with each litter this happens. My Vet said that the pups are pulling calcium from her and causing her to have slight tremours. He adviced that I should give her more calcium. I am giving her extra sea calcium over her food, an extra vitamin, and cottage cheese mixed with her food. Has anyone experieced this and maybe offer any advice? Thanks in advance.
