Poop more?

I gave my Yorkie my first Bully Stick tonight.
Well just now, Buddy had an accident in the house.

This was his first poop.
I took him out a half hour ago for a half hour walk.

He didn't do then.

I know the lady at Petco said they can make the tummy upset and cause some vomiting.
But I don't know if they can make his tummy upset to where he poops and has accidents in the house.

Please let me know if you have had experience with this.
