She's really beautiful. On first glance, I thought, "wow, an ice white yorkie," b/c of the ears, but I can see the maltese in her mouth/lower face. I've never seen a morkie with pointy ears. I love both maltese and yorkies, and you've got 'em rolled into one cute package!
What is Minnie's personality like? How old is she? Would love to see more pictures if you get a chance!
