 thyroid maybe too
My lab Rock has allergies and he is 5 this is the first year we experienced allergies. I was upset when the vet asked if she could do a mange test. I thought how could he have mange. He is so clean and lives in my house with Mia the yorkie. Well she did teh scrap and no mange. She said allergies. But I have heard other pet owners have similar problem and end up having it be a thyroid condition. The testing is blood draw I think can run almost a hundred dollars. Good luck if you want any more advice about allergies let me know. Also we have a special shampoo that takes away the itch for Rock and once we started the bendryl and the shampoo a world of difference. |
