I know how you feel, I too would want to bring Bengi everywhere I do (although he's a barker), but service dogs have a very special purpose, and I don't think it's right to take advantage of that. I agree. It's obvious that that site isn't catering to service dogs with an actual purpose. No where in the large print do they even mention anything about service dogs. Look at the pictures they are shown at the top of the web page.
