If he is puking yellow bile before he eats in the morning, he could just have an empty stomach and need to be fed as soon as he gets up. If he is puking after eating, it is probably his liver.
How many times a day is he fed?
If he is shaking and going to the bathroom makes it stop, it is probably toxins.
