The two puppy scenario is tricky. I've had what I'd call "congestion" at the birth canal, but not really two at the same time. Usually one will push forward and they come one after another.

I'd head for the vet if there is a puppy in the canal and she has been pushing for more than 30 minutes. And my vet is only 10 minutes away.

See how mom is doing. Is she still having strong, regular contractions? If so, she may be able to do this on her own. If not, or if the contractions are getting weaker and farther apart, she may be in trouble.

Do you have a phone number for your vet if you need to call?
She's doing fine. My husband went ahead and went to bed (10 ft from us) and now she wants up on the bed with him. She seems fine, just having mild contractions; and I can tell when she's having one; her breathing is fast and deep during contractions and they are coming regular, 5-7 minutes apart. She's not in any distress, no whining. I gave her some Nutrical and now she seems to have perked up. I've read over the posts on here and she does seems to be progressing, but she is just taking her time at it.
