Hot Rod is 13 1/2 mos old and was neutered at 6 1/2 mos. He's just started lifting a leg within the last 2 mos. But he still squats too. I was afraid for him to lift because we are keeping him on the pad as well as going out. Fortunately he's not lifted his leg in the house. I wouldn't worry about it.
