Your dog will learn its new name..A lot of people have changed their dogs names after they've had them awhile..We had an obedience trainer, when he was teaching us to train our dogs, he showed us with using our hands for different commands..he said they don't know words, but, i don't believe that..I think dogs are smarter than people give them credit for, and they know a lot more words that people think..if you change it do it gradually..start using the name you want to use with the name he/she has already..within a couple weeks, he/she will know their new name |
