First of all you notified her within 3 days of bringing the pup home....a pup doesn't get sick from giardia overnight, so the only other place the dog contracted it would have been from the breeder. You have your vet's records that are dated, that along with the bills should be enough. Do you at least have a Bill of Sale?
Your breeder should also, be responsible enough to pay the vet bills for your other dogs. My feeling is that she knew the pup was sick, and didn't tell you, allowing you to infect your other dogs.
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this......I don't know who your breeder is. Evidently she's not very responsible BYBer. Do you know if she is an AKC breeder?
