Lady has KCS (dry eye) also. Has your vet prescribed a tear stimulator like Cyclosporin (Restasis) to see if he can produce tears on his own? Cyclosporin didn't work for Lady, but her opthamologist prescribed the new FK506 (tacrolimus). After a year, Lady started producing tears again!
What artificial tears do you use? I have found Genteal Gel Severe formula to be the best. The key is to put them in constantly through out the day.
