That picture is when she was just under 10 months old. I know all coats grow at different rates (I feel like hers is sloooow), but she can easily fit all her hair into a top knot now. Some of the hair close to her nose (kind of like her bangs) still falls out depending on how far back we put the rubberband, but we can clip it up with a tiny butterfly clip - I think this may be why some groomer's shave the nose, but it wasn't really something I wanted to do. Maybe the little clip would work for you while it continues to grow? Something like this:
