my 7 yr old Doxie still has her baby tooth right next to her k9 tooth and she is perfectly fine- the vet looked at it, and said no need to extract it.
I would just ask your vet. Fiona has lost all her baby teeth except for that one, she is getting spayed soon, and they said they are going to charge me 10.00 for it!
