I saw a special toy that is designed to reach between their teeth and help remove debris or plaque....I think it was at K-mart....but sure you can get it at pet smart...or pet co...whichever is nearest you.
My sisters yorkie is 1 yr old and she still has 2 of her baby teeth. It will cost 100.00 to sedate her and pull both teeth..but if you haven't neutered your baby yet...like others have said..it doesn't cost hardly anything to pull them while your baby is out.
