i hope that it at knock some sense into this person..i didn't want to go off on her because most of the time that doesn't get anywhere...i wanted to talk to her with some respect because people tend to take that better than when someone is rude...
i know if someone was rude to me i would do it even more just to make them mad hehe...a little kindness goes a long way!
