I don't see how cutting the back hair will help the chest clear up. I would think long and hard about this. So few Yorkies have beautiful coats, and many have to have a puppy cut because they have a cotton coat. I know this is a favorite cut of groomers, but it takes forever to grow, and you have to go through some growing out pains where you're tempted to cut it again. Are you sure it's in his best interest or hers?
