I read an article a few weeks ago that dogs with dark coats attract fleas quicker than the ones with the light coats. Don't know how true this is but Bailey had one crawling on his head yesterday after being outside. We searched for more and couldn't find any so I'm hoping the Vectra is working. The breeder had him on Anvantix but my Vet had stopped using it. It is worse here in the south this year though. Not only the fleas but with wild mushrooms popping up all over the yard. Yikes!
