Okay Mike, I am in no way taking sides but offering a suggestion. This is what I do with my skin and fur kids. When they are no longer playing with a particular toy, it goes in a box in the top of my closet. Then when they ask for a new toy I get one out of the box and it is like brand new to them. Trust me they still get plenty of new stuff.
And one thing to consider is that mommy might feel the need to replace everything that you toss. And then some.
