They will probably won't put him under all the way, they may just lightly sedate him to get that tooth out. They ususally pull remanding baby teeth out at the time of spay/neuter. Shouldn't be that much I wouldnt think. Call the vet and tell them its the Upper k9 Tooth that needs to come out!
