You can try (no guarantees) to shave all of the hair on the inside of the ears and the upper third on the outside of the ears and trim along the edge of the ears.
If that doesn't help, you could try using tape (what is it everyone uses? Masking tape or surgical tape???) cut to the shape of the ear (a V-shape) and put a little piece of cardboard in the middle to hold the ear up.
How old is she? If she's teething, that is probably why.
Kacee is having the worst time teething of any lil doggie I've ever had and I don't think her ears will ever stand, even though both of her parents ears stood up! It's not a big deal to me. I'll love her however she is.
