 My vet Says....
I worked at a vet for 7 yrs as a tech- They would neuter/spay animals at 6 months. However, there were certain cases where they would have to do it sooner due to hernias. And, I think if they had smaller breeds they would do it around 6-8 months old. I would get blood work done before any surgery
